Return/Cancellation Policy

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@thewinefinch.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (951) 659-1659 for return instructions.

Any order cancelled within 24 hours of emailed confirmation/receipt may be cancelled without penalty.  Please contact info@thewinefinch.com if you need to cancel your order.  Any order that has been confirmed by The Wine Finch and is cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee/cancellation fee, unless it has been shipped.  If you wish to cancel your order and it is in route to you, please refuse the shipment and we will credit you tht cost of the product minus and and all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
