Grenache Blanc | Viognier
NOTES: Under the Sun is a single vineyard, tropical orange co-ferment of Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The wine is fermented to dryness on skins for 16 days, then aged in barrel 5 months. It is a really delicious orange wine showing candied ginger, peach, and apricot. It is round with deep texture and tactile. It is an ideal spring/summer wine, full of joy. The wine is named after one of their favorite tracks from Junior Boys’ classic album Last Exit.
